We were invited by the Department of Computer Science at Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET). It was a wonderful opportunity to engage with the talented and inquisitive students of the CSE department on two highly relevant topics: LinkedIn optimization and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)–friendly resume building.
In today’s fast-evolving job market, technical knowledge alone is not enough. It is equally important for students to understand how to strategically position themselves online. During the session, we discussed how to create a strong digital presence, build a professional and impactful LinkedIn profile, and craft resumes that pass through ATS filters used by most modern recruiters.
What made the session truly rewarding was the energy, curiosity, and engagement of the students. Their eagerness to learn and improve their professional presence was inspiring.
