At The Triad, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional services tailored to your professional needs. We understand that there may be situations that require adjustments to your scheduled service orders. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request that you review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Timeframe:

You have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your service order up to 12 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be promptly processed without any fees.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellation within 12 hours of the service order: No charges apply.
  • Unnotified Absence: If we do not receive any communication regarding the cancellation or rescheduling of your service order within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a charge equivalent to 100% of the service fee may be applied.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment or service order, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the applicable cancellation fees.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation and will be issued through the same mode of payment initially used for the transaction.
